James 

Debono

Senior Coach

James was appointed in 2016 after a highly successful playing career, James represented Army four times 2006, 2011, 2013 and 2015 as the Captain. He is a two-time premiership captain for Collingullie FC in AFL Riverina and also a premiership player for the Banks FC in the NTFL  competition. He has Coached with NT Thunder and the Canberra Demons in the NEAFL. He has experience at the elite level with AFL House, Brisbane Lions and the Geelong Cats. James  currently holds an AFL Level 3 High Performance Coaching certificate, which speaks volumes of his commitment in the game both as a player and coach.

Brad 

Percy

Assistant Coach

Brad was appointed as assistant coach in 2019 after an extremely decorated playing career. Brad represented Army seven times. He is a five time premiership player, playing in 11 grand finals across the country. He has Captained the Army across three years and most notably was deemed to be the League’s most valuable player once, Army’s most valuable player twice and ADF most valuable player. He has won the leading goal kicking on two occasions. Now he has turned his hand to coaching and coaches the SEQLD Lions Army team he also currently provides assistance for QLD club for on-field strategy, culture and leadership development. Brad is in his second year as an assistant, currently the defensive coach with the National Army team.

Daimien 

Lord

Assistant Coach

Damien was appointed in 2018 after his retirement in 2013. Damien represented Army once in 2003. He is a three time premiership player with the Bright FC in the Ovens and King League, he also had the privilege of playing in a premiership with his Dad. He also kicked 107 goals with Whorouly in the Ovens and King league. He has held senior coaching roles with Tracey Village FC in the NTFL and Yea FC in the Yarra Valley. He is currently the Head coach of the NQLD Suns and an assistant at Curra Swans in AFL Townsville, he is the current offensive coach with the National Army team.

Vincent 

Boyle

Team Manager

Vincent was appointed in Nov 2019, after three very dedicated years service to the NQLD Suns team as the team manager. He is originally from Victoria and supports the Collingwood Football Club. He loves his footy and is very appreciative for the opportunity to become the National team manager.

Brent Saltmarsh

Carnival Manager

Brent was appointed in 2016, initially as a forwards coach/Carnival manager. Since 2017 he has purely fulfilled the role of Carnival manager. Originally from Tasmania, hence AFL is in his DNA. He is a extremely loyal North Melbourne Kangaroos supporter. He has a vast range of experience in the AFL community, having been involved with clubs in multiple states. Brent was apart of the 1997 Army Champion side, the year the Holy Grail become apart of our tradition.

Jamie 

Fogg

KPI Manager

Jamie was first appointed in 2016, He has fulfilled many different roles  across the Army AFL program. He is currently an assistant coach with the women's team. However will fulfil game day role as KPI Manager. He has a very successful playing and coaching career, he is a five time premiership player at Hermit Park (3) and Nagambie (2) FC's, he is also a two time premiership coach with Hermit Park FC.

Sean is originally from Victoria, supports the Richmond Tigers. Sean is currently playing with UQ in QAFL Div 1. He is a Inter-Regional Champion from 2014.

Daniel is originally from Victoria, supports the Collingwood Magpies, he is a Premiership player with the Berwick FC. Daniel is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville.

Josh is originally from Western Australia, he supports the West Coast Eagles. Josh has NEAFL experience playing two seasons with NT Thunder, he  is currently playing with St Mary's in the NTFL Premier League.

Coby is originally from Victoria, he supports the Mighty Essendon Bombers. Coby is a two time premiership player with Hermit Park Tigers, he is a club B&F with Lismore/Derrinallum FNC, he has also won the Andrew Potter Award at the 2018 NC. Coby is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville.

Jake is originally from Victoria, supports the Collingwood Magpies, he is a three time Premiership player with the Hermit Park FC. Jake is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville.

Lachlan Harris

Lachlan is originally from Sydney, he is an extremely passionate Sydney Swans supporter. He is a three time Army Regional Champion. He is currently apart of the Adelaide Crows development squad, with his local club being Unley Jets.

Matthew Hood

Matthew is originally from South Australia, he  supports the Adelaide Crows. Matthew has SANFL experience with Port Adelaide Magpies. He is a Premiership player with Cooparoo in AFL Queensland. Matthew is the current Captain of the National side and has been since 2017.

Kurt Olsen

Kurt is originally from the Australian Capital Territory, he supports the Richmond Tigers. He is currently playing with the Singleton Roosters in the Black Diamond League.

Dale is originally from New South Wales, he supports the Sydney Swans. He is a five time club B&F winner, and is also a two time Premiership player with the Aspley Hornets. Dale is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville. He has also won three Inter-Regional Champion.

Sean is originally from Victoria, he supports the Essendon Bombers. He is a Premiership player with North Mackay Saints. Sean is currently playing with with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville.

Simon is originally from Victoria, he supports the Essendon Bombers. Simon is a two time league leading goal kicker, and Premiership player with Narooma. Simon also has NEAFL experience with Queanbeyan Tigers. He is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville.

Sam is originally from South Australia, he supports Port Adelaide. Sam has AFL, SANFL, VFL and NEAFL experience. Sam is a premiership player with Hermit Park FC. He is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville. He has previously won the Cameron Baird VC,  MG medal in 2016.

Roger is originally from Victoria, he supports the North Melbourne Kangaroos. Roger is a Premiership player with Nightcliff Tigers and is still currently playing with the Tigers in the NTFL Premier League.

Alex is originally from Victoria, he supports the Essendon Bombers. Alex's primary sport is Cricket however he has played at different Brigade and Army Regional levels. He is Currently playing with the NT/SA regional side.

Nick is originally from New South Wales. He supports the Carlton Blues. He is a four time Inter Regional Champion, plus a three time premiership player with Newcastle City. A club best and fairest with both Newcastle City and Royal Military College Demons. He is Currently playing with the Portarlingnton Demons.

Clifford Hampton-Timms

Clifford is originally from the Northern Territory, he supports the Geelong Cats. He has been involved with the State pathway systems with Queensland and NT, he was also apart of the Gold Coast Suns academy. He is currently playing with the Palmerston Magpies in the NTFL.

Ben is originally from Queensland. He supports the Gold Coast Suns. He is a three time Inter Regional champion. Ben is Currently a playing assistant coach with Maroochydore in the QAFL.

Cameron is originally from South Australia, he supports the Adelaide Crows. He is currently playing football with University of Queensland in the QAFL.

Sam is originally from Victoria. He is an extremely passionate Essendon Supporter, who will find time to visit the Hanger when he is in Melbourne during Carnivals. Sam is currently playing Football with the SQLD regional Army side. He is a two time Inter Regional champion. He has previously won a premiership with the Aspley Hornets.

Ishmael is originally from the Northern Territory. Ishmael is a die hard West Coast Eagles supporter. He is a two time Inter Regional champion as well as the back to back leading goal scorer. He is currently playing with the Darwin Buffalos in the NTFL Premier League.

Joel is originally from Queensland. He supports the Richmond Tigers. Joel has NEAFL experience with the Gold Coast Suns and Canberra Demons. He has won a best and fairest league medal, plus the Leading Goal Kicker, and a Premiership with the Australian Defence Force Academy Rams in AFL Canberra.

Charlie is originally from Victoria, he supports the Collingwood Magpies. Charlie has won a Premiership with the Hermit Part Tigers in AFL Townsville. He is currently playing with the Curra Swans in Townsville.

Shane is originally from Queensland, he supports the Geelong Cats. Shane has previously won the 2019 WJ Williams medal for league best and fairest. He was also won two club B&F's 2016 & 2019 with the Curra Swans in AFL Townsville, Shane is still playing at the club.
