James 

Debono

Senior Coach

James was appointed in 2016 after a highly successful playing career, James represented Army four times 2006, 2011, 2013 and 2015 as the Captain. He is a two-time premiership captain for Collingullie FC in AFL Riverina and also a premiership player for the Banks FC in the NTFL  competition. He has Coached with NT Thunder and the Canberra Demons in the NEAFL. He has experience at the elite level with AFL House, Brisbane Lions, Geelong and Collingwood FC. James  holds an AFL Level 3 High Performance Coaching certificate, which speaks volumes of his commitment in the game both as a player and coach.

Jamie Fogg

Assistant Coach

Jamie was first appointed in 2016 as an assistant coach with the mens program.

He initially representing Army in 2002 as a player.

He has played in multiple premierships as a player in various states and also represented QLD in 1995. 

Jamie is a 3 time premiership coach in Townsville.

Scott Williams

Assistant Coach

Scott has recently been appointed in 2022, after representing Army as a player in 2016. Scott has represented 

Darwin region on multiple occasions in 2009, 2010 & 2015, including representing clubs including Banks Football Club and Tracey Village Football Club.

Jorja Jones

Assistant Coach

Jorja has recently been appointed as the first female assistant coach in the men's program. Jorja was a long standing member in the female space as a player, manager, Captain and the Head Coach 2016 - 2018. During her time in Army AFL she has been a valued member of the committee as the equipment and clothing manager. She has played in various regional competitions during her playing career before embarking on coaching in Queensland with Zillmere, University of Queensland and in her current club Aspley Hornets where she is a senior assistant and forward line coach. Jorja is currently completing her Level Three Community coaching course.  She is the current Defensive coach with the National Army team.

Boyle

Team Manager

Vincent was appointed in Nov 2019, after three very dedicated years service to the NQLD Suns team as the team manager. He is originally from Victoria and supports the Collingwood Football Club. He loves his footy and is very appreciative for the opportunity to become the National team manager.

Taengi is originally from, he supports the and is currently playing with. He is a premiership player with the Curra Swans  in the AFL Townsville Competition

Coby is originally from Victoria, he supports the Mighty Essendon Bombers. Coby is a two time premiership player with Hermit Park Tigers, he is a club B&F with Lismore/Derrinallum FNC, he has also won the Andrew Potter Award at the 2018 NC. Coby is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville.

Jake is originally from Victoria, supports the Collingwood Magpies, he is a three time Premiership player with the Hermit Park FC. Jake is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville.

Lachlan Harris

Lachlan is originally from Sydney, he is an extremely passionate Sydney Swans supporter. He is a three time Army Regional Champion. He is currently apart of the Adelaide Crows development squad, with his local club being Unley Jets.

Matthew Hood

Matthew is originally from South Australia, he  supports the Adelaide Crows. Matthew has SANFL experience with Port Adelaide Magpies. He is a Premiership player with Cooparoo in AFL Queensland. Matthew is the current Captain of the National side and has been since 2017.

Daniel Morgan

Daniel  is originally from Victoria. He supports the Collingwood Magpies. He is currently playing for the Hermit Park Tigers, in AFL Townsville. He is a 4 time premiership player, and has been awarded 2 league and club B&Fs

Sam Howard

Sam is originally from New South Wales, he supports the Sydney Swans. He is a five time club B&F winner, and is also a two time Premiership player with the Aspley Hornets. Dale is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville. He has also won three Inter-Regional Champion.

James is originally from Wagga Wagga in New South Wales, he supports the Greater Western Sydney Giants . He played his junior and senior football at Collingullie FC. Currently playing Rock Magpies in NSW/ACT

Simon is originally from Victoria, he supports the Essendon Bombers. Simon is a two time league leading goal kicker, and Premiership player with Narooma. Simon also has NEAFL experience with Queanbeyan Tigers. He is currently playing with Curra Swans in AFL Townsville.

Jamie is originally from Victoria, he supports the Essendon Bombers. Alex's primary sport is Cricket however he has played at different Brigade and Army Regional levels. He is Currently playing with the NT/SA regional side.

Nick is originally from New South Wales. He supports the Carlton Blues. He is a four time Inter Regional Champion, plus a three time premiership player with Newcastle City. A club best and fairest with both Newcastle City and Royal Military College Demons. He is Currently playing with the Portarlingnton Demons.

Matthew is originally from the Northern Territory, he supports the Geelong Cats. He has been involved with the State pathway systems with Queensland and NT, he was also apart of the Gold Coast Suns academy. He is currently playing with the Palmerston Magpies in the NTFL.

Sam is currently playing Football with the SQLD regional Army side. He is a two time Inter Regional champion. He has previously won a premiership with the Aspley Hornets.

Pellegrino is originally from Queensland. He supports the Richmond Tigers. Joel has NEAFL experience with the Gold Coast Suns and Canberra Demons. He has won a best and fairest league medal, plus the Leading Goal Kicker, and a Premiership with the Australian Defence Force Academy Rams in AFL Canberra.

Thomas is originally from South Australia, he supports the Adelaide Crows. He is currently playing for Hamley Bridge Bombers in the Adelaide Plains Football League, were he has won a Premiership and a leading goal kicker award.
